In addition to the bubba burger, maybe play with organ meat in a burger mix? See if you can do it better than the one with the fillers and “extractives”.

Shame on you. That isn't Carnitas. Carnitas are cooked in pork fat,, either from a fatty pork butt or using added Lard. Also there are more tasty ingredients other than garlic powder and salt. I won't list other ingredients as they vary from Abuela to Abeula but juice and/or zest from an orange is common.

calories are irrelevant whats important. Reduced fat *** (anything) is designed to KEEP YOU FAT. Eating 2lb of pure FAT every day will cause you to lose weight not gain it.

Costco has caught on. You are lucky to save $1.00/lb these days. The whole NY Strip loin was only 50 cents a pound cheaper. Still, I get to cut my steaks as thick as I want, but big savings these days are gone at Costco.

Thanks for making these videos! Very helpful as I'm getting into carnivore short term to heal my body. Depending on where you live, it can be tricky to get high fat cuts here in Norway, unless you go to the farmers. Went to the butcher, paid $10 pr 2.2 pound of pure fat. Not too bad if you compare it to the cost of 1 small bottle of vegetable oil (cold pressed urefine hemp / canola / lin etc) from the health store (about $27 250-500ml). Interested to see how I'll feel once I cut out the veggie oils.

Greetings Sir Butcher, My husband is visiting with the carnivore diet, and while watchin some videos, this one of yours came up. I have revisited the video a few times. We are pretty cheap, so this was a good deal. Our favorite cuts of meat are chuck roast & chuck eye steak. (Some times I even make Yorkshire Pudding with the roast. A family favorite.) We were at Costco and I asked a meat dude IF they had Chuck Rolls, and how much. He comes back a few minutes later with a big hunk of beef on his shoulder. So we brought it home. We got lost cutting meat, and were watching your video, eventually we cut it up. Ended up with 5 roasts, 19 steaks, & some spare meat which I will cut into stew meat. I sure was tired. My husband learned how to remove silver skin. The problem we had was our chuck roast didn't exactly look like yours, or even close. We just got lost on the "Chuck Road Map." Is there maybe a way you could diagram a roast, or make a multi colored piece with clay or something (similar to what doctors use to show you why your knee hurts.}. I had my laptop right above where we were cutting, and we still couldn't tell where we were at on the hunk of roast. I could use colored toothpicks to keep track of the different sections of roll. We are subscribed and really enjoy your videos. Pegi & Calvin

Just got one of these bad boys for $4.29 a pound at Costco, the butcher seemed excited to get it for me. 37lbs! I wasn't expecting it to be so big, but it's all cut up and in the freezer now.
